caveat emptor on minolta 5400 II on evil bay

hi,

caveat emptor on a current minolta 5400 II listing on ebay.
When I read the feedback, i found that the seller had a
negative feedback from a buyer who returned a similar
item with the comments "faulty item. Cost me $70 to return it".

i am not sure if this is the same faulty item that the seller has
put up again for auction. I have dropped him a message
and he has yet to reply.

It has the description "[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I've have not tested the scaning,
therefore, it will be sold as-is. Scanner powers up perfectly
(Condition 8.5/10) I shipped internationally (59usd)"

Buyers Beware.

Sound really dodgy to me, if the previous buyer ad is money back is not that bad.
