Cavon IV and Russian lenses

Hi,

I just "won" an auction for a Canon IV. I plan to use it, tking it around with me.
My LTM lenses are all FSU lenses: Jupiter 12, Jupiter 8's, Jupiter 9 and Industar 61's. Do you have some experinces to share using these lenses with a Canon IV knobwind? I am trying to avoid any damage on the cameras and unpleasant surprises.

Absolutely safe to use them. No promise that they will all focus accurately wide open and up close.

The Jupiter 12 may be incompatible with later Canons, like the P and 7, with their internal baffles. Depends on the diameter of the rear element. But no problem with the IV.
