Censoring words in my posts?!?!?!?

When you're a bit disconnected from the english language as spoken today, say you're living in a country where they usualy don't speak english, it's often hard to understand why a word is considered a curseword.

well, i know that jorge has kids that are around sometimes when he is on the forum.

I don't mind having the filter much, but it should at least be a little more intelligent about what it filters.

Holy smokes... the darn thing can bleep out bad words in both American ~and~ Canadian. Talk about Big Brother!

So Brian... what words are uniquely Canadian? :-D

BTW if it was anywhere else I'd be upset. Here... I'm just cracked up, I think it's hilarious. The Church Lady lives! Where is Dana Carvey?? He'd love this.

It's what FrankS said... you should know it, you're Canadian too: *******************.

Me, I'm two generations away from being Canadian (my Nana was from PEI) so I don't speak like that anymore. ;)

I just hit the star key a whole bunch of times hoping to impress you with a really long dirty word.

family site...keep that in mind folks.
I think many parents have cleaner dialoge than most kids today. Have you heard many pre-teen kids talk these days? *I* need a filter from them!

Looks like it worked! It got confused and translated it back, sanitized.
