I am thinking of buying a camera from Jurgen at Certo 6.Has anyone dealt with him before and if so what was the experience like as to quality of the camera and service etc.?

As stated above, there is a substantial thread on this question. There are those who have had very unsatisfactory experiences with Jurgen, and those with 0pposite experiences. I am among the latter. I purchased an Isolette from him a couple of years ago, and the camera arrived just as advertised, and I have been very pleased with it. I have been talking with him lately about getting a Certo Six. I have the feeling that dealing with him directly via his site (as opposed to fleaBay) is the best way to go.
