I bought some of these pouches < $2 each:

that are well padded and easily hold Summicron 35s, Summilux E43, CV 40/1.4, the latter 2 with hoods on. The bags have zippers across the length, but like Domke 5fxb bags, if you don't hold the zipper part open the zipper could possibly scratch the lens. I am wrapping my lens in clear bags first.
I could probably fit 2 35s or 50 Summicrons in the bag if I had thinner base caps.
They are not quite large enough for the M-Hexanon 90, definitely not large enough for a lux 75/1.4
I have some of their 7" x 4" sunglass style bags on order, but I doubt these will have the padding of the above units.
For the M-Hex 90, those neoprene bottle wraps with string close tops are still the best solution I've found.
