Cheap slide mailers

not bad.. I still haven't gotten around to buying mailers for my Ektachrome.. I had a thread going about a month ago for that.. but I decided to just get my 2 rolls developed locally at $8 a roll to save time and keep the hassle to a minimum.. but I'm still looking for a source for mailers for the other 20 rolls of Ektachrome in my freezer

Thanks for the link. I too am sitting on a stash of Ektachrome. My local pro camera store develops mounted slides for $5 a roll (36) in two hours, but it's kind of a drive across town. Anyone ever lose film using mailers? Just curious.....John.

I've used both Kodak and Fuji mailers for years and have never had a problem. Of course now that I said something.....dum de dum dum :bang:

The problem with Kodak mailers is that Kodak is not doing the developing but some labs like Clark Color Labs are doing the work. You will not get the high quality slides back that Qualex used to provide for Kodak. My last few slide orders came back scratched and in poor condition.

I will be using my Kodak mailers exclusively for Kodachrome.
I assume Kodak must now send them to Dwayne's for processing.

I haven't heard any complaints about Dwayne's.
Anyone here have a different experience?

"Excelsior, you fathead!"
