Check out the Helios finders, this one may not be the frame lines you want, but it might be close...

As I said in reply to your other thread, I can't recommend the Helios, its framelines are highly inaccurate.
Try and get the VF-1 used. I bought (and sold) mine for 50 €. Works well with the 17/2.8 as well as the 20/1.7.
