where's the best (cheapest) place to buy film?

Probably www.7dayshop.com is your best bet.
It's currently £3.29 a roll including delivery, but the more you buy the more the price goes down. Buy 10 or more rolls and you're looking at £2.89 a roll (inclusive of delivery).
I also use www.ag-photographic.co.uk for film and you can get some good deals there, but a single roll there comes in at £3.68 (excluding delivery), or £3.45 for 10 rolls (again excluding delivery).
