Cheapish Black Paint S2

Yeah, that is Doug Napier's camera. He is a long time Nikon Rf collector. Knows his stuff.

Nice guy too.

Nice, I'd love to have one of these, but if I were going to shell out the cash I think I'd go for a Black Dial.

Well the auction cannot be seen from the EU :

I have bought from Doug Napier several times in the past with no problem, so what's up with this listing so that it's been censored ?

I can see it perfectly well from Germany. IIRC it is a issue with externally embedded images on ebay France. France long has fought a lonely battle to convert the Internet into a totally state controlled version of their former Minitel system, and it looks like they are getting close...

In Italy i can see

In Italy i can see

In Italy is visible too... and offer accepted, but i have just two black S2, one black bd and one black silver dial...:)
so is all yours:D:D
Don't loose these opportunity, Doug as a really good seller and probably will be open to a transaction...;)
No more Black S2 remain on sell!

Wouldn't it be great if Nikon made a black S2 reissue....some with black dial, some with chrome. The stuff of dreams!

I still cannot see it, very strange because I usually can see Doug's items (unless, how could I have bought from him ?) with no problems whatsoever. Could somebody send me a copy of the description by PM ? There must be "something" within the text, and I guess it has nothing to do with the externally embedded images or the Minitel. ;)

darn my ears are burning. a little show & tell for those who can not see it. cheers.

Are these rare cameras? Because that's a lot of money for a very worn camera that doesn't even work correctly. So, the price must reflect its rarity.
