I'm sorry... your sandwich has already been "out-cheesied":

Hi,
I know a lot of you are worrying about this.
The cheese sandwich wrappers all have a picture on the side of the mouse looking over the top plate of a Leica. The model used is the M8 or M9 and, cunningly using an editor, it's all been mirror imaged and the model number and the red dot removed. Above it in large letters is the word "Cheese" and then in smaller type and in brackets the exact variation, eg "(and onion)".
Now I can stop lurking in the Co-op and you can all sleep at night...
Regards, David

Ah David, so you've found them too. I wonder how the shop staff would respond to me walking in there and taking a picture of one using the biggest bit of kit I have to hand and putting it back on the shelf. Unfortunately I don't think the aisles are long enough to focus using my 560 Telyt on a 'proper' SL MOT...
I am going resist buying another sandwich for the sake of a photograph. Pleased we do not have to explain 'Co Op' to others but fear we may need to explain 'cheese'. It does not come in bottles.

Au contraire, mon ami... Leica brand fromage in a glass jar! Look for it in the "manufactured food" section of your local Co-op! It contains no real food products, but it DOES contain all of the essential oils necessary for the proper operation of your focusing helix, gear train, and shutter. And it spreads nicely on crackers...

Excellent...a true photographic elixir!
Can it also be a used to revive old leather cases or does this encourage passers by to start licking your gear?

Where Leica lost.
UK roadsigns for traffic cameras depict a Hasselblad of sorts.
Do UK drivers get a nice 6x6 contact print with their fine?

Yes, and only those with notches are legally enforceable...

Good question! Would you like to be a beta tester?

Hmm I was expecting a Leica carved out of a block of sharp cheddar.

Don't you mean recovered in thinly sliced Cheddar? It's easily shaped and self adhesive and it would set harder than Vulcanite after a week or so...

PS And you'd have no problems photographing cats and dogs once it was done.
