Chemicals for 510-Pyro in UK

Hi,

I would like to try some Pyro developer, particularly the 510-Pyro formula which looks really covenant.
I can find most of the chemicals from the likes of Silverprint or Retro, but don't know where to get TEA (triethanolamine) or Glycol.
Any advice/ideas?
