I think the list owner should look into contacting the police dept. in F.G.'s locale. Here in many parts of the U.S., If its too small of a town, the county level usually has a division that deals with the internet. I think he needs to be (lawfully) slapped, and/or fitted for that nice white jacket that ties in the back. This is certainly harassment. He's wasting all of our time. Seems to me that if this number of posts had come from a commercial spammer, everyone would be calling for the person's head on a platter...

I don't know what can be legally done. It is a public forum. I suspect lodging a complaint with his internet service provider is on order. I have done that before with a similar problem, and it worked. But such a complaint would have to come from Jorge or one or the Moderators, with the ability to look into the posted Email account tied to the RFF account. What amazes me is that so many RFF'rs seem to enjoy getting caught up in his threads, and that they are not simply deleted immediately upon detection.
