So I finally got a proper chance to go out and shoot with my new X-E1
I walked around for 7 hours today shooting around Yaowarat (Chinatown) and nearby in Bangkok.
Everything is shot with X-E1 (Voigtlander 15mm f/4.5 LTM)
I really love this camera.

A very nice series. Exceptionally colourful. What a start for your X-E1 and oh yes, Happy Chinese New Year. Look forward to more.

Great For You! Glad To See The 15mm Used For Once!!!
Great For You! Glad To See The 15mm Used For Once!!!
Great photos! Well done!!!!!
Many have tested the Voigtlander Super wide 15mm and complain about soft corners. I cannot tell with yours, and frankly, it does not matter! Your taking REAL photographs, not silly tests of beer bottles, objects, etc,, where unjust harsh judgement is placed on cameras (X Pro 1 etc,,,) and Lenses (Like your 15mm Voigtlander). To hell with those tests! Your photos are the REAL test and should be a lesson to those who are afraid to mount the Voigtlander on their X body because someone says it does not work well! Honestly, I have this lens and really love it by zone focusing and shooting by the hip using depth of field scale on the lens. I use that method with my M8 and will do the same with my X Pro 1, especially after looking at your wonderful photography!!!!!

By the way, how do I post photos to look larger on a thread like this?

I love these photos! I have many that I have posted before, but they always show up as a small thumb you have to click on to see the photo and they do not get as large as these. I format them according to what RFF expects in terms of resolution and size, and still, small photos. I really want to share mine so everyone can really see mine as I intend.

Yes, wonderful! The colors are so almost overwhelming, that they add to the impact of the series. It's like a punch in the face that gets the full impact of the dynamics of the scenes across.

Wow, thanks guys! :]
eleskin - I know exactly what you're talking about. It drives me crazy when I see people posting all their expensive lenses but never actually using them to take any real photos. That's why I decided to sell almost everything I don't use anymore.
Also, to answer your question.
If you want to insert "big" images you have to host them on your own server.
I use ( minus.com ) because it's free and has (I think) unlimited bandwidth.
Then after you upload on minus.com you have to copy the image link and insert it with BB Code. If you google BBCode you should get some pretty straightforward directions.

Here's some after the sun went down. Same lens! :3
I can honestly say, I never thought I'd be shooting in low light with a f/4.5 lens... (these are all 1600 ISO)

Nice shots. I like that lens and how voigtlanders render light sources, compared to the fujis.

Very nice street shots!
You're good with the manual focusing on this camera.

Funny about crapy photos!!!
Funny about crapy photos!!!
I am glad I post on this forum, and you as well. Truly worthy of great photographs! I have tried to get Steve Huff interested in posting my work but it falls on deaf ears for some reason. I guess over there it is saturated by lens tests of cats and brick walls!!! Not here!!!
