Thank you all. I got home from the hospital this afternoon, then slept for 8 hours straight. I'm still in some pain; they released me because they couldn't find the kidney stone in the latest ultrasounds they did. They think I passed it, but I am still in some pain from the inflammation caused the stone moving through the thin tubes in my urinary tract.

It'll be a few days at least before I'm fully able to do any work. I went nearly four days without eating because I was vomiting up everything I ate immediately, and I barely slept in that time. I won't be well for a while, it'll take time to recover from all this. I'd been in the hospital since Sunday. I started having pain from the kidney stone Friday.

As you've discovered, hospitals aren't the best places to grab some shut eye. That weight loss program you had yourself on probably didn't help much either.
My only dealings with 'stones' was while on a family outing to Sea World. Could hardly walk it hurt so bad but I wasn't about to cause a seen. Went to the restroom and heard a 'plop' while peeing and low and behold there it was!
Felt a whole bunch better after that as I could actually walk standing straight up afterwards.
Rest up, Chris, the worst is over now. I'm sure in a couple of days you'll feel like your old self again and be firing on all cylinders once again.
