My IIIG is back from Sherry Krauter and has had her Golden Touch applied to it and two lenses. Not bad looking for a camera made in the first quarter of 1957? It is ready to shoot and I don't have a roll of 135 film in the house. That will be fixed tomorrow and I have 20 rolls of Ilford 100 and Tri-X on the way from B&H. It makes the M8 feel huge. This was my first Leica and it getting ready to start back creating images.

More in my portfolios.

Lucky you. I have a 111f red and a 111c and they are the carry everywhere camera for me. A nice G would be better, but the cost is way to high. I could add to my Nikon digital kit for that money. Yea, I do everything.

I paid 50 dollars for mine in 1965 at an estate sale still in the red box. 😀

They really are a gorgeous camera and anyone who says a IIIf is as nice has never held a IIIg or looked through the viewfinder.

I've had this one for two years now and I'm in complete awe of it but seldom use it sadly. 🙁
