An Ihagee Exakta VX, made in East Germany in 1951-1956. The Carl Zeiss Tessar lens is older, made before WW2.
And probably it's first owner was a Mr. Don Sullivan, and maybe he was from Los Angeles, as inside there's a sticker informing that this camera was serviced in a shop there in the 80's.
