A Canon II B (a Leica clone), made c. 1949-1951, and, as such, marked as "Made in Occupied Japan" (aka MIOJ); in working condition. The lens is a M39 Soviet Industar-50. I have to buy a Canon Serenar someday...

This was my recent cure GAS acquisition.
I promised myself that I would focus on photography and not gear for a year. So no new lens or camera purchases during that time. Have been looking at some nice leather cases and straps. Haven’t decided whether or not that counts.

I have also started a almost 365 day project.
Wish me luck 🙂

The Wollensak Stereo 10. Some feel this is the finest imaging stereo camera. While Wollensak was a prolific maker of audio and visual equipment....this is the ONLY still camera they ever made.

Ugh. I’ve got a reeeealy nice condition strut VPK......unfortunately it’s haunted by George Eastman’s Ghost....and the shutter doesn’t work! (Amazing, isn’t it, a Kodak with an inoperable shutter :-(

How about nickel on nickel?

Greeeat, that looks sturdy and heavy like a WW1 tank!
I have a similar one, a Gaumont Stereo Spido. In fact I think the plate magazine is the same. Working but difficult to find the exact size film. I imagined just cut parts of 120 would fit but it's just about 1-2mm too wide, damn!

A Kodak No.3A Autographic Special, model-b, the first camera with coupled rangefinder, starting production in 1916. This one I own is a latter one, made c. 1921-1934, as it has the Kodamatic shutter.

There's not much chrome on this camera, but you can't say is not rather spectacular (and large!).
