Chuc Mung Nam Moi / Happy New Year!

For all of those of you living in SE Asia, I am wishing you a Happy Lunar New Year! Or, as the Vietnamese say: "Chuc Mung Nam Moi"! The picture
depicts the preparation of banh chung, a rice cake made with sticky rice, pork and beans which is wrapped in banana leaves
and is slowly cooked over a charcoal fire for many hours. A typical Tet, or Lunar New Year delicacy in Vietnam.
