to a web page about the Dynamichrome process. The color rendition that is achieved is the best I've seen in the colorization of BW photo's.
 
Colourisation is an interesting question, historically. If you're going to do it, at least this process appears to be a little more subtle than some I've seen.
 
My grandmother used to hand color prints for girlfriends and wives of GI's during WWII. It was better for them than the standard B&W image of someone that may never come home.
