CLA for Exacta SLR's - recomendations

I'm sure this has been discussed in the past but I don't see any current threads that address it.

Who would you recommend to do a CLA on an old Exacta SLR. A friend has one and commented to me today that "no one does these old cameras anymore" Thanks for your help.
