CLA for M39 cameras in Europe

I'd like to know wich are the more reliable solutions for me to get CLA for rangefinders and lenses for a fair cost.I live in Romania .

I send them items twice(Leica m3 and second time summilux 35f1.4). M3 had light leeks and Lux had fungs...They done good job.

Here in Prague complete CLA of screw mount or M film body (no for M5) costs 2500 CZK (aprox 100 EUR).
Lens cleaning and relubing costs 1000 CZK (aprox 40 EUR).
