Not sure if DAG is still working on Nikon RF bodies, but if he is, I’d go that route.
If you want the best, Kiitos in Tokyo is the ticket.
Failing that, I’ve heard Vermont Camera Works does good work on them.
I’m sure others will chime in with more local options.

While it isn’t local I can second Jim at Vermont Camera works. He fixed up a S2 I got on eBay that needed a cla. One thing to note is they’re only open Thursday to Saturday, I think, so it may take a little bit but if you’ve got the time I would check him out.
