Ross Yerkes in Los Angeles area fixed my Retina Reflex IV (winding issue plus exposure window, but he checked other functions out). Very reasonable cost, and it works (had an issue recently, but that's another story). He CLA'd my Contax iia (still working like new after more than a year), as well as CLA-ing my Zeiss Ultron (back to normal). He worked for Kodak repairing cameras for many years and knows the Retinas well. You can reach him at (323) 256-1018. There is also Retina Rescue. I have not used them but understand they are also good.

Zacks camera repair in Providence RI did a superb job on mine.

Mark Hansen (zeissikonrolleirepair.com) repaired one for me. It came back working well, and the whole experience was positive.

Zacks is good - fixed up a Konica S3 for me as well as an Olympus Pen W. No experience with him and Retinas but I agree, he should be able to handle it.
