So I sold my Voigtlander 90 and picked up a Canon 85mm f1.9. I decided that while I might be losing a slight bit of sharpness, I shoot predominantly low light and low f-stop so it was a good switch.
The question is, the lens is a bit rough at focus and has a bit of dust or a scratch or something on an internal element. I don't think it will affect anything, but I do want the focus smoothed out so why not have it gone through.
Does anyone have an recommendations? I've used Steve's Camera in Los Angeles for my Leica but I'm willing to try something else too. I only paid $150 for the lens and it is usable as it is, so I don't feel like spending much more than another $100 or so to get it CLA'ed.
