clarity form a moving train

Hullo
I'm looking to take some B&W photos of a building from a moving train with a Russian Mockba folding camera which takes 120 roll film. With the aim of clarity is it best to use a fast film. This seems like a dumb question but there is no film speed dial on the camera and I'm used to running 50 ASA through it.

Err not sure why you would need a film speed dial, calculate the shutter/aperture combination and use them ? And to photograph from a moving train it better be a very fast film, or lots of light.
