just a quick recommendation for Will van Manen and Cathy Kuiper in the Nederlands. I had my M6ttl cla'd and the light shield on the back replaced. I dropped it off on Friday morning and Will gave me a call on Monday evening to say it was finished! wow! great service and a good price too. They're doing same on my other M6 at the moment!

Nice pictures. That must have been quite a trip. You make me dream in this boring early morning at the office...

What was you gear list for this trip if I may ask?

Cheers!

nobbylon, how is quality of cla? Can you quote price? Do they clean lens too? I did send an email long time ago and they didnt respond.

Wonderful photos btw

CLA seems fine to me but the camera felt ok anyway! just the body. It really only went to Will for the intermittent light leak but because the top plate has to come off to replace the rear light shield(the strip of cloth under the top of rear door hinge) he did a cla while it was apart. Very nice guy and can't fault the turn around time! 150 euro. I phoned him, but I have also emailed and always got a reply within a couple of days. Glad you liked the photos, thx

I second the recommendation for Will van Manen. Had a M3 and M4 CLAd by him. Outstanding job, including repairing a couple of spots of vulcanite missing. Highly recommended.
