1. There are now two messaging systems on RFF, the traditional PM system, and now some other message system regarding classifieds. The later is frustrating. If you send a message regarding an ad, you will have no record of it. If you log onto RFF, you don't get notified that you have a message in the classified message system (you will get notified of a PM).
2. Adding the category below the ad reduces the space for the ad title to 20 characters. Often, the second item for sale is left off.
3. Feedback is more prominent (which is good), but it is hard to leave. I want to leave good feedback for a camera I just bought, but the ad was deleted. Since the new classified message system doesn't record my message to buy (see complaint #1), I don't know the username of the seller. Even if I got the username (because i have their reply email), I can't get to the page to leave feedback. Going to the member list lets me look at their posts, send them a PM, or verify that they know their alphabet, but the "seller profile" is not linked.
4. Building onto #3, if I go to member list to find someone, (or if I click their name on a message) I can't get to their gallery. So each person has three seperate profiles, all of which are unlinked.

I added my feedback link in my Sig to solve this horrible feedback system problem...
There should be a feedback link in the GENERAL profile, (that is sparse to begin with) or as part of the Members listing.... Make it EASY to find. PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just in the classified listing. OR. Move the "SOLD" items in a gallery that can be used instead for used values and find that person so you can leave feedback.
At least, the feedback link in the SOLD ad will still work.

The feedback issue is not new.....that's why I leave my ad up for a while after its been sold so that the buyer has a chance to leave a comment. It should be easier to do.
