for me...there is a lovely black leica m4 that i would love to have. if i were to shoot film again i would want to shoot it in an m4 with the zeiss 35/2.8...
why? i love film cameras, i have never tried an m4 though i have had an m4p and an m3 in my past.

There is a 'cron 35mm in silver right now... for a bit over two-grand, IB and very new looking... But I've spent so much already in two cameras (M4 and M2) that it's simply stupid to go for it. Not to mention that I've already have a lot of 35mm lenses (but I always could sell one to make room for this one... )

The native vertical format of the RF645 can work well for environmental portraiture.
Not so much for landscape photography though, so I sold mine.

what a great thread!!!

it would be the recently posted hasselblad kit in a case with four lenses and everything with it.

it would be my choice because i absolutely love the square format...and i am in he process of rebuilding a hasselblad kit....shhhhh! not a word of this to my rolleiflex 6002 or the mamiya 6 ; - )
