Hi, recently I got an Minolta Hi-Matic 7s, it came in not very mint state, but the shuter fires, the meter responses to light but seem to be not correct at Asa 800 gives me EV of a 50 Asa reading, that compared to my Hand held meter.
I read that the CLC cell suffers from a crystalization of some kind, has someone run into something like this? I know I can always use it with my hand held meter but that is not the Idea.
I'm using an alacaline PX625 battery, can this be due to the voltage difference?
And last but not least, the lense barrel is loose, do I have to peal the leatherete to desmount it? I already tighten the screw from the front panel of the barrel.
