Just received a nice CLE off ebay. Everything seems proper, except that the shutter control dial does not lock when in the "A" position as I read it should. Is this an easy fix, should I even care, or should I send it back?
It is a pretty cool RF, that's for sure. Goes well with the 28 asph I bought from a member here.
TIA,
Gordon

As long as it "click-stops" as you turn the dial you should be OK. I find the "A" lock annoying (when changing exposure compensation) and I can see why someone might go to the bother of removing it.

Beat me to it. I was going to say: "Lucky. That dang lock is one PITA."

Thanks very much for the link. I think I'll just let it be. The seller did offer to pay to have it "fixed", but I'd rather not have someone messing with it. Especially me. It works. I was just thinking that for resale, if I decided to, it would be best to be as new. But it is such a swell camera, it will likely take the place of my M6.
