I'm a bit worried that in the communal darkroom I use, work surfaces, cleaning rags and especially the print dryer may be contaminated with fixer. It occurred to me that hypo eliminator is probably what I should use to clean. Ammonia and peroxide - would only one of the two do? I keep neither at hand. The darkroom isn't well ventilated, that's another concern... Any suggestions?

I use normal dish soap.

I remember that Fred Picker of Zone VI Studios said to use Ammonia.
