I'm not sure you can get replacement flanges for the older Zeiss lenses. It seems Zeiss has repositioned the screw holes to avoid the one screw being in the sensor area. Least that's the way it looks when I compare a few Zeiss lenses with both flat and milled dado areas. Bob.

I ordered the so-called "chinese replacement flange" from ebay seller jinfinance for my 35mm, 50mm and 90mm lenses. They cost $40 and came promptly. Installed easily with a small screwdriver. I used an indelible marker to code them, and they seem to work fine.
Only issue i had was that they didn't register initially. They worked better with a couple applications of ink, and letting it dry. Maybe the reflectance become more flat.
