About the Cologne Cathedral, this building needs permanent restauration because of air pollution and the huge size. It is a fascinating place to visit for sure.
The photos were all taken hand-held and I used my Gossen Digisix to get some clue about the exposure. I think aperture was around f/2.0 or 2.8 and speed 1/30 or 1/60s.
