How do you guys get such nice scans from Kodak Ektar 100?
This is what I'm talking about! How do you guys get such pop from your Ektar? I've tried shooting it four or five times and never managed to get colours that pop like this :bang:

Shot this with the Agfa Compact and Kodachrome 25, years ago. It's amazing how well it still holds up.

Here is a Kodachrome from my family collection. This was taken is 1947. So, you have many more years of enjoyment out of that slide. I was under the impression that slides faded quickly. But my collection says Kodak doesn't fade, but some of the off brands do. I do have some of the first Kodachrome from 1938 and they have faded:
