I purchased a thinktank shape shifter. There are a couple of large pockets inside that will each fit an M body with a prime attached. If using a DSLR, the lenses have to be unmounted. However, I can fit a D700 + 35mm lens in 2 of the pockets - can't attach a larger lens than this though.
This bag holds plenty, compresses if needed and is comfortable to carry.
Personally I much prefer backpacks for traveling. Often I'll pack a canvas/nylon bag in my carry on or check-in luggage for the destination.
