Our own Tim "The M-Gadget Man" Isaac has a two page article in the current issue of LFI (Leica Fotografie International) magazine covering his amazing Thumbs Up!

An excerpt can be found here.

Let us give a big round of applause and kudos for our colleague and fellow RFF member.

Well done Tim! :D

Even more so, LFI has decided to carry the TU in their shop! The online shop hasn't been updated yet, but it was in the article and the print version of the shop.

Congrats Tim! I like my M8 just as it is and am not interested in hanging any gadgets on it but I have utmost respect for cleverness, craftsmanship and entrepreneurial sprit and Tim aces all three.

Many thanks to all of you for your support. This project could not survive without the participation from those who have guided me along the way.

Congrats Tim.

What I noted was whomever wrote the article also "browsed" RFF and stated that it was one of the more "prominent rangefinder forums on the net".

Man.. that says something.

Way to go!
Dave

That’s all great, although I will say that he could likely double his sales if he were to be more convenient to contact. I have yet to connect with Tim, nor does he make it easy to find him other than flickr. I’ve tried and he hasn’t replied. He doesn’t even explain the difference between the various versions he offers or even the price of his products. Perhaps, I’ll be like those at LFI and "stumble" across him at some point.
Regards,

Thanks Dave, I suppose it's been one of those days'. I sent him an inquiry so maybe I’ll get one after all.
Regards,:D

DD,
Tim commutes between Seattle, WA, USA and Jiangmen, China. He tends to be awake when we are asleep. Give him a day to respond to your e-mail. If he isn't travelling he will get back to you.

Thanks again to all of you for your kind comments. I am traveling this week and will be back on home turf on Sunday 11 Nov. If I have left any questions or e-mails unanswered, rest assured I will be covering them all and back to a regular routine soon.
