Conley Kewpie No. 2A

A friend gifted me a really beat up Conley Kewpie No. 2A. I'm very happy that someone was thinking of my vintage camera hobby, but I usually use my cameras so I don't know what to do with this. Is there any point in attempting to clean it up and convert to 120?

I'm guessing it must take 116?

I wouldn't bother converting it, it's harder to get 120 to work in a 116 box camera than it is to get it to work in a 116 folder. Because the film path is so much longer and convoluted it's difficult to get good results.
