I spoke to Eddy in Mid-November before sending him my two Canon P bodies and a couple of Canon SM lenses for a tune-up and CLA. He told me the typical turnaround time was about two weeks at that time.
I mailed him the equipment, which arrived in N.Y. on Nov. 19th, according to USPS tracking. I contacted him on Nov. 30th because I didn't have an estimate from him, and he replied and apologized, saying he was very busy. I tried contacting him again today, but sadly, I am still waiting on an estimate from him ...
