Dear Friends, I know this camera is not a RF model: but I am too happy with it, and i would like to share with you my happiness.
I got a Zeiss Ikon Contaflex Super from a very good friend: it is in perfect condition, and the set includes the 50mm Tessar + 115mm ProTessar + various filters + original close-up lens set + lens hood.
I am testing now, soon I will have my first pictures.
Does anybody tried it? Any opinion/tip/advice will be more than welcome!
film photography is great!!!

This is a camera I lust for. I have seen some gorgeous color photos taken by this camera. I understand it is hard to find one in decent shape though. Look forward to seeing your results.

Incredible build quality and mechanically complex. It's probably a good idea to exercise the camera regularly to keep it working as they can be a little expensive to repair. A 35/3.2 Pro-Tessar isn't too expensive would complete the outfit. Watch out though for element separation on these lenses.

Great camera, great lenses -- I've been using one for years. Gives you an "ancient" look in color slides, and just a sharp and stunning look in B&W

Enjoy!

I have a Contaflex Super & IV. They're about as quirky as any SLR will get, but quite the nice shooter otherwise. The Tessar on these is reputed to be the sharpest ever.
