Contax And Kiev Stuff For Free-Almost

I'm cleaning up and I found some Contax and Kiev stuff. There is a Kiev rangefinder that is pretty much complete, but I would call it a parts body. I also have a Contax III
which is pretty much disassembled but is great for spare parts. There is an early Kiev everready case from the 50's in nice shape. It is marked Kiev and Kneb. There is a Contax II or III case in good condition with the exception of a missing strap. There is a late Kiev eveready case that has had an additional hole punched in the bottom-professionally-so it will fit the Contax II and III. There are also 2 Contax eveready cases in poor condition for parts. $10 should cover the shipping. US only as I don't want to wait on line at the PO. PM me if you want the stuff. Stu
 
I really have to clean up so I'm bumping myself, and I really can't see this stuff going in the garbage.
 
Thank whoever took this stuff. I'm a recidivist at picking up bargains that then need expensive restoration and, when done, turn out to be what I already had--but can't be sold.
 
Navillus, if you don't need the early Kiev case I'd make an offer on it. I have a Kiev II case but need a Kiev III one - it's a bit taller, as my Kiev II case won't accommodate the VC II meter.
 
Hey guys, I just noticed these posts now. I am really busy right now but I will post pictures of the cases from Stu which I am not using in the near future. Give me a couple of days (say until Thursday) and I will put a picture of the each of the cases on this thread with a description. Paul and Rick will have first choice.
 
As I mentioned befofe, I would love a Kiev III case - I split my Kiev II one becuase it's such a stretch with a meter.

If I get it, I'll find a couple of cool items I can offer up for free to the rff massive...
 
I could use a case for the contax IIa or IIIa.
No clue whether one person took it all.
 
I'll have to keep my eyes peeled here to see what comes up. I'm still looking for a good Kiev II case. The one I have is trashed and I'm forced to use a Contax II case, which doesn't somehow seem right.

Here are the cases. I will offer them for shipping plus $1 to cover the paypal fee and gas to the post office. To make it easy on myself, I would like to ship Priority (because I have a whole bunch of small priority boxes I got for free from ebay). PM me your zip and I will PM you the shipping cost.

1) is a Kiev case all leather with strap. I do not think it would fit any kiev with a meter. It has the old style Tri-pod bolt and is off center from my Kiev 4. Otherwise it is a great case.

2) Is a Zeiss Ikon case. The straps are broken. Otherwise in descent shape.

3) A really ugly Zeiss Ikon case. If you need leather, this is your case.


BONUS: If anyone buys the Jupiter 12 lens I have in the classifieds (for $50) I will throw in the KIEV and case the I got with it from Stu for absolutely free.

My that is a nice looking early Kiev case for the Kiev with the foot by the tripod shoe-The one that also fits the Contax II! I'll bet it even has the suede lining!

And that Contax II case looks very well preserved! I'll bet if someone has the shoemaker rivet a strap to it It'll work just fine! :D
 
BTW - thanks again for all the stuff - even if I am giving it away (although I must admit I sold the Contax III to finance the J-12).
