contax G2 main switch going loose

hi all

The main switch of my contax G2 doesn't click anymore, it goes from one position to the other (off, on, AEL) without any resistance point...

very problematic since a very light touch makes him on... and

does any one has had and resolved the problem ?

Hi. I have the repair manual for the G2. I have looked at the main dial assembly. If you are lucky, only a spring has worked its way out of its seating, leaving you without clicks. To reseat the spring you will have to lift the cover, which is a fair bit of work. If you pm me your regular email address, I can send you some scans, which explain the procedure.
