"sortation"?

What language is this? :) :)

That Contax looked really nice, hope you enjoy it, Joe

Canadian, eh.

I am hoping to master it before May.

and now it's all over but the waiting!

delivered packages, requiring a signature, usually arrive here between 3 and 3:30 p.m.
by the time i unpack it and put film in, the light will be gone.
but i can play with it...

I am expecting my Summilux any minute now, I am having it shipped to my work address and it is scheduled to be delivered today.

Joe: Yes, you can. That is better than not being able to be playing with it ....
Use the camera tomorrow.

Good down here. The bargain Summilux from KEH has some brassing, but the glass looks good. Aperture and focus are sure and smooth.

It has to warm up a bit do clear all of the condensation from the 15 degree temps it was in, but she looks nice.

it's a good day for the rff mods!!

Of course, and I took the Canon 50/1.4 out of the bag this morning. I have a Heavystar hood heading my way and I think a 55mm snap in cap will fit that fine. Otherwise I will buy one of those reproducation Leica caps off the bay.

That's neat to think about.

Joe, how does it work with packages for you?

I pick up my mail from a small cubby in a "super box" in the neighbourhood. Sometimes there will be a key to a larger cubby in the super box where a package for me can be accessed, but usually the package is bigger and there is a a package pick-up notice in my cubby. A local Drugstore has a postal outlet in it, where I go, present my package pick-up notice, and get my parcel.

if i am home, they deliver and i sign for it.

if i'm not home then they attempt to deliver, leave a notice and i have to pick it up from from a nearby convenience store that has a postal outlet, but usually it's not available for pick up till the next day.
