It's hard to tell without opening up the camera. Do you have the necessary tools? In this case, you probably just need a JIS screwdriver set (I have this one made by Vessel), some spanners (I have S.K. Grimes spanners and this compass type), and maybe some fine tweezers (e.g., Dumont pattern #5 like these).

The Contax T has blades? Thought not and therefore the cover for the lens.
Here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpN64VrSsZI to see at 00:45, I see no blades and I can't recall them (ok, I'm old, maybe forgotten). Or do you mean the aperture blades?
If its worth, you can contact http://www.tritec-service.de via mail if they can fix it, normally they can if no spare parts are needed.

Contax T aperture is through control ring on lens yes? Change value and see if blades/diaphram changes accordingly. Then all you need is shutter curtain

I was reading an article on Deadcameras the other day and saw a reference to Fototecnica, a repair shop in Oporto that might be able to repair your Contax, should you decide to go that route. I have no experience with the shop, just passing along the information. See https://deadcameras.com/2015/05/18/nermal-the-leica-cm/ for additional details.
