Most probably this is the "Fernrohr-Vorsatz (i.e. Telescope Ancillary) 8x30" by Zeiss which was designed for the Contaflex and Contarex SLRs. It could be used on the Contessamat as well and may well fit the earlier Contessa - even if I have no idea about a viewfinding device for the latter two. Quite a challenge...
