I do one day hope Zeiss will reissue the G mount onto native M mount. The small and lightweight G lenses are perfect with an M

I hate to be the tarantula on the wedding cake at this party, but they are way more perfecter on a G1, or G2. Just sayin’

I had a gmount Contax 21mm f2.8 that previous owner had converted to m mount (no idea who did the conversion). It worked just fine, the RF was fine too, but no focus scale, which kind of sucked when using such a wide angle lens.
Really liked it on my M7(film), hated it on M240(digital) as the corners would always broze up.
Sold it about a 2 years later.
