Convince me: Gordy's Strap Or Luigi's

The Gordy straps are nice, I have owned a few (I've lost one with a Canonet, and have given one to my brother). I also have a Luigi strap on my ZI. Both are very nice, but IMO the Luigi is more comfortable. The Gordy's are nice because they're cheap, strong, pretty comfortable, and look good. You can put them on all of your cameras. A Luigi strap is more of a luxury. It looks better and is more comfortable, and probably equally strong as the Gordy strap. Its too expensive to put on all of my cameras though. Hope that helps.

Ordered one of Gordy's today.
I'll be aiming to order from Luigi (a full case and neck strap) for the M3 or M2 (or both) probably by the end of the month.

Ya see.. I like the look of Gordy's straps on the Barnack Leicas.
I like the cases on the M Leicas - the choice seemed pretty obvious but I wanted to hear what others thought.. even those that figured that I shouldn't be draping myself in animal pelts 😉

Dunno from Gordy's but Luigi's stuff is great and he is super easy to do business with where ever you happen to be in the world.

As much as I'd like a Luigi case, there's a new "hybrid" case being offered by Photo Village. It's supposed to fit M2,3,6,7. At $99 it may be worth considering. Not the handcrafted beauty, but it may be more practical.

I can only share my experience with Luigi on a full case for both a Zeiss ZM and Leica M7. Luigi is great to deal with and the product is very high quality.
