The key missing element, and reason I've not continued to look there, is the EI/ISO at which the film was exposed. Knowing time and temp without that, you could be all over the lot.
 
The interface is a bit awkward, but it looks like a very interesting site. I'll have to spend more time checking it out later. It also reminds me that I have a lot of film to get developed still. Maybe I'll work on that some this weekend. 😀

In order of higher acutance for Efke films:
Rodinal, Tetenal Neofin Blue, Beutler A+B, FX-1. In fact FX-1 (G. Crawley) is a modified Beutler by adding a very small amount of Potassium Iodide.
