Yup, it sure looks like a nice copy of the M-Grip. I was looking around a bit and am leaning toward the ML-Grip, mostly because it's a bit cheaper than Tom A's grip and it protects the entire baseplate, which I like.

I have the ML-grips on all my M's, including my M8. Fantastic, and you don't have to remove the baseplate.
