Last week 3 of my friends and myself passed a large order from Freestyle, and last night I was on the phone with FedEx to have the package held for pickup.
Halfway through the conversation the rep on the phone suddenly asked me if I bought developer, which I suppose was indicated on the shipping label, so I said yeah, 4 bags of D76 but mostly film.
Turns out the man shoots some MF film himself, mostly color. We talked a bit about film, development at home, where to get cheap stuff, I recommended Freestyle then we finally exchanged websites.
I typically detest support phone calls, but this was certainly the coolest call I had
