I just sorta went away there looking at those on your flickr! Beautiful pictures, and done with a camera from the same pedigree as my (recently aquired) Sure Shot Supreme. I feel cooler already...,

Not sure how long you've owned yours, but if it's a recent purchase then congratulations and welcome to the Classic 120 fanclub! I've been one for about 10 years. One of the best P&S 35mm zooms out there. Spot metering too!
Nice pics.

Thanks, all. This is my third Classic 120, and I hope it lasts longer than the other two. The first one had a film loading fault when I got it, as it wouldn't start to load unless I popped the back open and shut real quick. Then, after removing the cannister with the rewound film, the camera would go through the load cycle. Later on, after having the camera in my shirt pocket on a warm day, the back was covered in my sweat, and it caused some more malfunctions, such as the data printer will now come on all by itself.
The second camera was trashed from the start. It took me an hour cleaning all the tape residue and other crap off it, only to find that it would not load the film. But it looks pretty, now.
I like the feel of this model, but I now have a Z135 to try out. A little longer zoom will be nice to have, though I will lose the compactness of the flush faced 120. But it's too nice to have as a bang-around everyday camera, so I hope the 135 comes through.
I also have a Zoom XL, and love the infinity lock with FD like lens performance, but it's a bit large to be carrying around everywhere.

I think that you will like the Z135. I particularly like that you can set it to use spot metering by default. It is quite robustly built, if not really very compact. The one thing that I don't like about it is the tiny viewfinder.

Yeah, I noticed that today, Mike. Shot multiple rolls on a photo safari, and it was irritating to put the camera to my eye, and I could not see through the finder! It has to be at the right tilt. It did handle very well, and I was able to check out some of the functions. I'll put a roll of test film in it to test all the functions. I did miss the "Personal" setting from the 120, as I had to reset it everytime I shut it off.
